Juba is a short haired ALL BLACK male cat with no visible markings, only a small tattoo on his stomach from when he was spayed/neutered. He’s 2 1/2 years old. He’s a very sweet cat and won’t bite or retaliate. He is a outdoor access cat and has never run away before. The last time I saw him was Sunday night/Monday morning around 2 AM or possibly a little earlier. I do remember vaguely a dog in my complex barking as if it was agitated... perhaps he startled Juba as he was outside at the time and
