Small 14 lb male mixed breed dog with white stripe down middle of face. White paws and white tipped tail. His ears are asymmetrical. Very timid and afraid of everything. Will not come for food but will take off running fast. He has a black collar with no tags. He is microchipped. He was a stray so he knows how to survive on the street. He seems mistrustful of humans.
