Overweight cat, probably about 20 lbs. black/white. Black mostly on top of body, white underneath. Has black “beauty mark” on nose and next to nose. Not friendly, can be mean. No collar or microchip. He is up to date on rabies and feline distemper vaccines. I live in Parkview neighborhood off of City Rd.
