Pet Description:

Frankie is a large orange and white tabby cat that has rips in both of his ears from his stray days. He is VERY friendly and will take a pat from anyone. He always has visible crust in his eyes and visible scruff in his fur down near his back /tail area. He was also recently bit in his neck, so he has a bite mark with scab there. You can feel it while rubbing his neck. He is also micro-chipped.
