Pet Description:

Found a lost cat with tuxedo black fur and white paws and a small white diamond on the forehead. It has green eyes, and a green collar with no tag. Its right ear has a big notch. It's a very snuggly and adorable housecat. I think it's a girl, but I could be wrong. Very thin and small, but not malnourished. It was making distressed sounds last night, but I brought it to my apartment and gave it food and water and it seems happy and healthy now.
