Pet Description:

Bella is 3 years old, spayed, solid black cat. Short hair but really slick. Yellow eye. Weighs roughly 10 pounds. No collar, she always broke them off. Never been out before so this is super scary. Has a very tiny white patch on her chest but no other markings.
