Pet Description:

Found cat on 9th Street between Oklahoma Avenue & Morgan in Milwaukee. No collar, very clean. I Cannot tell anything else by looking at them! Seems to be used to being in the house because it sits at the door and acts like it wants to come in. It’s been coming in the mornings to eat.
