Pet Description:

Very friendly and vocal male cat. Took to APL to get checked microchip and he has no chip but he is neutered. Approx age 1-5yrs but he’s underweight and thin right now. Very friendly with kids and really wants to come inside but I can’t bring him inside. He’s not shy and is very affectionate. APL has no room for him but he’s on waitlist there.
