Pet Description:Oswald is a brown tabby cat with his right ear pointed downward, which is where he got the name floppy ears. As well his back legs are pointed outward kind of like a penguin. He is a very sweet and kind kitty. He has been recognized by a therapist to provide emotional support for my autistic sister. Everyone misses him and we just want to know he’s safe.
