Bootsie is a sweet 17 year old male long hair cat. He is grey with a distinctive white face and ruff. He is currently a bit matted and is in need of a grooming. He did not have a collar or tag, but is micro-chipped. He had recently started venturing outside with me in the yard, but always came back inside when I did. Last Wednesday, instead of coming back in with me, he ran off.
