Pet Description:

This fluffy orange cat has been around our dumpster for a while now, at least weeks but maybe a month or more, especially at night. I'm pretty sure I've seen him around when it was a little colder. My neighbor put out food and water for stray cats last week and I ran into it today. It was startled at first and jumped but stayed near the food. It looks like someone's pet and just looked at me when I called out to it. He looks a little fluffier in person.
