Orange Tabby & White (Bi-color). Loco served as ESA, was taken by exbf mother Lori who offered to board him at a facility while owner would be unavailable (was about 5 weeks) but instead, gave him away in retaliation to the victim of DV because her son is in jail for domestic violence charges/R/O violations. Lori lied to the person she gave him to that Loco was abandoned with no food or water and convinced the woman not to ever give him back. Loco was not abandoned and always has food and water
