The cat was brought to the vet and has a microchip that was done in France in January of 2016. Cat is 10 years old and went by the name Candy according to the French microchip registry, I-CAD. I-CAD said they reached out to last known owner, but no contact has been made with me, and they will not release last known owner's name to the public. Larchmont has a large French population so not unusual for this cat to have been microchipped in France.
