Penny is just under a year old. She is slim and smaller than most strays running around. Goldish eyes with brown main tabby pattern color. No collar or chip. Female in heat. Penelope ran out around 3am early morning on the 21st. She is smaller than most strays you typically see but not little kitten size. She’s a brownish tabby with goldish eyes.
