Black and white tuxedo cat with clipped ear. Possibly has harness on or may have broken out of it. He has a injured right leg as we had just taken him to vet. Friendly but will not allow you to pick him up or approach to close. Please help find Patch he us a inside outside cat but always comes home. Worried that his injury is keeping him away.
