Small- medium (10 lbs) short haired creamy tabby missing half his tail. Indoor cat, 6 yo and has lived with us for 1 year. He doesn’t go outside except on the deck which is on the second floor with no access to the lawn/ outside. He’s shy and anxious. Very sweet
