Has a small black spot on his chin like a beard, loves to climb on your shoulders, very vocal, would not have been neutered when found. My roommate at the time left mid lease while I was on vacation and took my cat with her, then proceeded to get rid of him. I’ve been looking ever since, posting multiple ads every few weeks but have had no luck figuring out where he could be. Willing to pay reward if found.
