My cat Finn has been missing for a few days now in Margate City, NJ. We live near the beach not far from Jerome Avenue. He has black spots under his chin and right eye as you can see in the picture. He had a collar on with my information but a nice gentleman called me to let me know he accidentally pulled it off of him so he is now wandering around with no collar. (This man lives on Granville Ave so that is where he was last spotted). He is VERY friendly so I wouldn’t be surprised if he tried to
