Pet Description:

Found grey male intact (not neutered) cat with a white stripe on its nose and some white on its chest, stomach, and paws. Short hair. May be a Russian Blue. Very affectionate. Rubs constantly against ankles, meowing. Friendly to other cats. No collar. Appears to have been on the streets a short time. Still looks well fed but very hungry and a little beat up.
