Pet Description:

Toulouse is an elderly, mostly indoor cat. He's not very agile, will climb but won't jump up to get away. He is not mean at all, he makes friends very quickly. He's spent most of his life indoors, and mostly in suburban areas. This is the first time he's been stuck outside in a city. Loves belly rubs, has cute white feet and short legs. We miss him terribly. Please help us find him, Responds well to his name, Toulouse, and loves catnip.
