I need help finding my cat, Roger. He is a one-year-old male, neutered, short-hair cat. He is solid black with one white spot on his chest, about the size of a half dollar. He also has one bad eye, which he often squints. He was last seen near Roach Road in Jefferson City on Friday, February 23.
