Pet Description:

I found this cat in my apartment complex, it almost seems like this cat was abandoned. It definitely does not act like a stray/feral cat. Terrified of dogs but okay around humans. The fur is pretty greasy and there is some crust around the nose but overall healthy looking cat. I cannot take the cat in due to already having my own cat and dog.
