A tabby cat of unknown breed due to my limited knowledge. I found it staring at me through my basement window and it was meowing at me. It stayed long in the same location and came when offered food. I believe it is definitely someone's pet because it was very friendly and had great temperament. It has an fresh injury on its right cheek from an unknown source.
