Pet Description:

I saw this kitty meowing at 3 am next to my apartment complex, I have a cat myself, and I noticed it being well groomed, and scared of our alley cats , I brought her out some food, but she didn't eat any, the other cats ate the food I bought later on (I saw it), I went back to bring out a bit of treats, just to get it to trust me, but she kept running away, but always coming back to the same spot.
