Pet Description:

Tuxedo cat, small ish, very little white on its face showed up in our neighborhood in July. I cannot keep feeding it. I can’t bring it in. Definitely has a home somewhere. I haven’t tried to approach it any closer than 10ft away because I can’t bring it in. Though it is clearly in need of food nobody else is feeding it. I will try and post a photo soon.
