Pet Description:

found this beautiful cat wondering fairfax about to cross into the road. She came right up to me, and it looked like she had a zip tie around her neck.I tried to prevent her from going into the road when a man with 2 dogs approached me and the cat freaked out and started attacking me and then the dogs. I had to leave her because my hand was bleeding pretty badly. I hope the cat finds its way home. I’ll try to go back and see but I’m too afraid she might have ran into the road.
