Looks like a Russian Blue/Seal Point Siamese mix. Don’t know the name. Very friendly, so probably a lost cat and not a stray.Has vision problems; it walks around in circles like it can’t see what’s in front of it very well.Has a thin streak of dried blood on the fur of its head and shoulders.
