Pet Description:

Beautiful kitten with bright blue greenish eyes. Looks hungry and a little thin but all in all healthy and was friendly. Obviously had a collar that has been removed or fell off. I was unable to catch the cat even though he did let me pet him so I'm going to keep an eye on things if this is your cat let me know
