LUCKY is a service animal to a disabled veteran. LUCKY is about 20lbs a very handsome boy white on chest/bib (Tuxedo) and on his paws and black. He is a rescue so he's still feral and will not let you approach him he's not used to the heat we've been having either another big concern and the ability to find water.
