Pet Description:

This is a tuxedo cat, neutered with a clipped ear. He was starving so I've been sheltering him since early June. He is very thin. Nice cat, friendly, little fear of strangers, kids, dogs and other cats. He has a slight kink in his tail. A few white spots around his nose. In bright light, his fur looks amber.
