SMALL 25 lbs, chocolate brown with pointy ears and bushy tail. Looks like a small German shepherd but is NOT (He’s a chocolate lab, beagle, Cairn terrier). Gray on snout. Only wearing a light grey seresto collar at the time. But we believe someone picked him up in a vehicle as they drove along White School Rd. He could be in any area surrounding Greensburg and Latrobe.
