Pet Description:

He is a male siamese cat with blue eyes, mainly white fur with a few gray spots, he has a large gray spot on his nose. He is neutered but not microchipped and is shy around strangers. I'm afraid that he may have tried to take shelter to avoid the storm in someone's garage or shed and became stuck. He's never been gone more than a day.
