Black and white skinny male cat. About a year old and has a back mask type mark on his face over his eyes and a black spot on the top of his nose and a black go tee on his chin. He is black and white and has a haircut and a puffy tipped tail and a longer mane. Goes by Sylvester or sylvy has never been outside before. He is fixed. He is chipped.
