13th in the wooded area on Lakefront trail to the left of the rock seating area at the entrance of the pedestrian bridge on 35th st. He is wearing a yellow harness and a blue breakaway collar with a pineapple print on it. His collar tag is shaped like a cat face and has my number on it. Owen is a orange and white domestic shorthair tabby cat. He is approximately 10lbs and 1 years old. He will occasionally answer to his name and tends to be timid.
