SHE IS TOO CURIOUS FOR HER OWN GOOD AND BUT MAY BE TRAPPED IN A SHED OR GARAGE Her name is Toffee. Although not shown in picture, she has a distinct white-tipped tail. She is spayed but has no collar because she keeps breaking them off. Her soft meow can be difficult to hear (her throat was damaged and she never regained full use of vocal chords). Usually, she makes her presence known by scratching on nearby surfaces.
