I woke up to Felix crying at the foot of my bed at 7:30am––after missing for 12 days! I thought I was dreaming! He was starving, dehydrated, and looks like he was locked in someone's basement or garage and the owner must have just returned after a week plus away and opened the garage or basement door and out he ran. Anyway, he is home! A Sunday Miracle. Very terrified, very traumatized, about 8 pounds lighter, and needs a lot of tender care. But he knows his home and knew just where to find me upstairs in bed. (I did leave the downstairs window open just in case...) I feel like I've run a 100k marathon these passt two weeks with signs all over Brookline. Thanking everyone who kept an eye out for him.
