He is a very sweet long-haired tuxedo with distinctive light green eyes and a white spot on his upper lip. Responds to the name 'Frank'. He is very gentle, talkative, and curious but can be shy. We have only had him a short while but he is beloved. Only been indoors thus far, but may have lived outside before being rescued. We believe he may have gotten out through a window.
