Pet Description:

A very thin black cat has been streaking through our back yard. He or she is very shy and a fast runner. He or she has a white spot that, from far away, looks like a tag. But unfortunately, no collar, tag, or other identification. I was able to pick him/her up, so I don't think he/she is feral.
