This is an excellent service! My kitten got out and I living in a large apartment complex in the city. I bought the alert option and got three calls from neighbors in less than 24 hours! He had found his way back into the building but couldn't get to our apartment. He was hiding on the steps to the roof, scared as could be. But he's back now to continue to be spoiled and happy! Worth every cent I paid and I would recommend this service to anyone.
