Precious is a female tabby cat, Brown white striped cat. She was last seen with my father who is not mentally well. He purchased a carrier at a pet store, that we confirmed looking around for precious. He claims that he randomly handed her over to someone outside of the shelter in a pet carrier at 2741 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60608. I went to the shelter she was never registered there. He claims he gave her away to a random girl outside the shelter. He did not take his medication that day.
