Pet Description:

This sweet boy is a longish haired all black cat. Looking sort of skinny and mangy at the moment. Found wearing a grey, plastic/rubber flea collar, that has some lettering on it (the type of flea collar maybe?) but it’s worn and hard to tell; looks like KP0E then maybe some x’s? His tail starts off skinnier then puffs out more near the tip. He has golden-green eyes, a black nose, long ear tufts that curl backwards, has all his claws (not been declawed), and his black coat has a sort of brownish
