Young, black, male, around a year and a half old. He has current scabs on his front and back legs, little scratches on his face. He gets out a lot and has been getting out side since he was a kitten. Recently he will get out and stay out for longer periods of time. He is not fixed, he has not had his flea and tick treatment for this month, and should not be out side because of the busy roads.
