Tortie-pic is NOT cat but close, long haired but flat against body, fluffy fan like tail and very soft hair, not wearing collar,19 yrs old, just got her yearly shots incl rabies.. Very small-looks & sounds like kitten. Has fur balls on chest under head, hair cut back on both sides where fur balls removed. Front paws declawed, total indoor cat.
