Luz was LOST on August 7, 2020 in Miami, FL 33132 at The Quantum Condo Building. I am posting this for a friend. Luz is a feral outdoor kitty, not 100% sure, but believe he is a male. A resident of the Quantum was cat-sitting for my friend. He was last seen on the 23rd floor overlooking the pool area. Since he was in a new environment, we fear he may have jumped or fell off the balcony, or maybe landed on someone else’s balcony. No one has reported seeing him but surely someone has some info. We
