He is around 3 years old, male, neutered Almost all black with one white patch on chest, as well as 3 white patches on belly that almost look like a smiley face . He also has random white strands of hair threw his fur. Above his eyes it almost looks as though he is bald if you look at him from a side view. Medically he has a heart mummer but you can't tell by looking at him anything is wrong. He a was wearing his harness when he got out, he is very skiddish around new people.
