Pet Description:

Obie is short-haired (breed unknown), mostly grey/white with a white belly. He's a pretty big guy, about 15-18 lbs. He doesn't have a collar unfortunately because he was always so resistant and would fight putting one on. He's very friendly to everyone, answers to his name, so we wouldn't doubt the possibility someone took him in from the heat.
