Found this lost or dumped cat under a car off of shady lane in CLARKS SUMMIT scared to death :( Heard a meow from the deck. He would have been run over! I named him Sylvester ?He was checked for a chip. No luck. However, he is a neutered male but not ear tipped. Very gentle and sweet :(Anyone missing this sweetheart?Clarks Summit area
