He doesn’t have a collar on, he doesn’t have a microchip either. His jaw looked dislocated because that same day he went missing we were taking him to the animal hospital(vet), and he then ran across the street from the hospital because he got scared of the amount of dogs there. He’s most likely somewhere around that neighborhood.
