Pet Description:

We were just outside and this sweet tiger cat the dark black and brown and light brown colors. He or she has a reflective collar with the pale blue stripe on each side. Here she is very friendly and very upset. We have been able to calm him down and we brought him inside because we're afraid he'll get hit by a car or something else.
