He is very friendly and has been neutered. We believe someone had posters up a while back in the neighborhood but are unsure. We believe his name may be toast and he seems to be use to being inside. We can not keep him but want to find his home. At a certain time this week we will be taking him by the vet to get him checked out along with we are putting flyers out today.
